The budget, totaled

Your first weekend: one platform for your fix’s shape. Tool shape: ~$20–25. Automation or service shape on free tiers: $0. Payments cost nothing until money moves.

First month, all-in: roughly $20–45 depending on shape and whether you take a paid assistant tier. There is nothing else to buy. No course, no ads, no inventory.

Monthly run-rate per live fix: the platform fee (~$20–25) plus payment processing (about $1.14 on a $29 charge). Break-even: one customer. A single $29/month subscriber covers the entire stack; customer two onward is margin.

What the books deliberately keep at $0: advertising (Ch. 8 replaces it with trust), logins and payment code (Ch. 4 cuts them), an LLC on day one (Ch. 9 schedules it for when revenue justifies it), and any tool not listed above. If something asks for your card and isn’t on this table, it’s a want, not a need — parking lot.
